GUPSA is well aware of the importance of physical and mental well-being for a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Our Mindfulness Mornings include a Yoga session and Meditation. Beginners welcome with a light morning tea served.
This year the Mindfulness Mornings are being held in the Multi-Faith Centre (N35) Nathan campus.
