GUPSA is holding a free 1 day Masterclass, Becoming Your Best Self – Using Buddhist psychology to overcome depression and anxiety. It will be held on Monday 6 June 9am-5pm at the EcoCentre, Nathan campus. The Masterclass will examine how anxiety and depression function and what can be done to overcome them.

Brisbane City Council launches new videos on safety
The Brisbane City Council has launched two new videos about personal safety in Brisbane for everyone living in or visiting our city.
Brisbane Remembers Community Picnic
This Saturday 9 May 2015, GUPSA, together with the Brisbane Student and Community Alliance and Reclaim the Night, are holding a community picnic and memorial event at Kurilpa Park, South Brisbane, 2:30- 5:30pm, for students and the general public, both to honour and commemorate the victims of street violence in our communities, and to raise awareness about safety.
