Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses teach participants how to assist people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

Our Mental Health First Aid Courses are in a Blended format, comprised of two components, eLearning, the first component, plus a follow-up Instructor-led second component of a 9am – 4pm face to face learning.

The eLearning component is self-paced and takes about 6-8 hours to complete, and MUST be completed prior to your face to face learning day.

Course participants receive a 4th Edition Standard MHFA Manual in the mail, and an electronic Certificate of Completion (PDF) after they finish the eLearning.

After successful completion of both components you will be eligible to become an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
