Mindfulness Masterclass 19 July between 9am and 1:15pm
Before we get into the groove of semester 2, GUPSA invites you to a half-day mindfulness masterclass that will consist of a yoga and meditation session.
Both yoga and meditation have beneficial effects on health and general wellbeing and help to build resilience when dealing with everyday stressors and adversities in life. Whether an experienced yogi or a newbie, you will get a chance to participate in a gentle and yet appropriately challenging yoga practice. During meditation session you will learn and directly apply several meditation techniques that you will be able to take away for continued practice at home. A perfect start of the semester!
The masterclass will take place at Mt Gravatt campus M10_5.02/03 on Tuesday 19th between 9am and 1:15pm. You must register for the Masterclass here
