Mindfulness Masterclass 22 November between 9am and 1:15pm
GUPSA is holding another half-day mindfulness masterclass for postgraduate students during the mid-semester break. As before, it will consist of a yoga and meditation session.
Both yoga and meditation have beneficial effects on health and general wellbeing and help to build resilience when dealing with everyday stressors and adversities in life. Whether an experienced yogi or a newbie, you will get a chance to participate in a gentle and yet appropriately challenging yoga practice. During meditation session you will learn and directly apply several meditation techniques that you will be able to take away for continued practice at home. A perfect way to recharge for the rest of semester!
The masterclass will take place at the Eco Centre (N68) Nathan campus on Tuesday 22 November between 9am and 1:15pm. You must register for the Masterclass here.
Please arrive at 8:45 for a 9am start.
