I am currently undertaking a Master of Public Administration and intend doing a PhD in the near future. I am a Sessional Academic with tutoring and lecturing commitments.
My areas of teaching interest are law and business. Prior to joining Griffith University, I did my undergraduate studies at QUT obtaining law and business degrees.
Upon graduation, I worked as an Associate to a District Court Judge in Brisbane then completed my Articles of Clerkship and was admitted as a Solicitor. I then worked in private legal practice for 5 years.
My area of interest was commercial litigation dealing with contractual and property matters, bankruptcy, insolvency as well as employment disputes. I then worked for the Queensland Government for 6 years in legal and policy roles.
