University Council and Committee elections are on right now. GUPSA’s Coursework Vice President, Jason McNeil, is standing for the coursework student representative position on Academic Committee with the endorsement and full support of GUPSA. AS well as GUPSA Vice-President, Jason is studying a Master of Public Administration and is a sessional Lecturer and Tutor in the Griffith Business School. Jason is passionate about social justice and postgrad students getting a fair go.

As your representative on Academic Committee, Jason will be a strong coursework advocate for
• Proper delivery of on-line courses
• Better feedback on assessment and higher quality teaching
• Enhanced Learning@Griffith portal
• Retention of existing programs and development of new programs
• Standing up for international students
• No cuts to university funding
